Job summary

Toloka seeks an AI Data Project Manager to join our Delivery team, leading a virtual cross-functional group responsible for client communications and internal coordination. You will drive project implementation and ensure quality, timelines and transparent reporting across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes agile leadership, cross-domain adaptability and a proven track record in AI projects with scale. This remote-first position offers strong growth and collaboration with diverse teams worldwide.

Qualifications

Experience leading technical cross-functional teams.
Experience managing complex projects from discovery to adoption.
Client-facing experience.
Agile mindset; ability to switch domains quickly.
Consulting/Tech/Military/Competitors background is a plus.
Good understanding of LLMs and their life cycle.
Proactiveness in suggesting process changes.
Proven experience in AI space with clients and teams at scale.
PhD in a technical field is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Take ultimate ownership for all delivery team projects, including data quality, delivery timelines and stakeholder transparency.
Lead a cross-functional delivery team; manage risks and ensure on-track progress.
Own delivery team operations: internal/external communications, planning, updates, retros.
Drive improvements to increase efficiency and adoption.
Provide feedback for further improvements and process changes.
