Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the design, deployment, and operations of cloud data platforms for enterprise customers. You will coordinate across sponsors, stakeholders, and distributed teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive incident response, process improvements, and best practices, while mentoring engineers and guiding multi-region delivery from the US, LATAM, and India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical management, IT architecture, or delivery management in data/analytics or infrastructure operations.
• Experience leading client engagements and cross-functional teams across regions is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication in a professional services context.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery and operational excellence of modern data platforms for multiple accounts.
• Translate requirements into Epics, Stories, and Tasks aligned to phData methodologies.
• Lead incidents, coordinate resolution, and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and operations staff across the US, LATAM, and India.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations to ensure successful client engagements.
