Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Program Manager for AI & Data Projects to join a remote, full-time role. You will act as the operational bridge between program leadership and domain experts, ensuring workflows and research operations run efficiently across global teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating AI data projects, translating leadership inputs into clear guidelines, onboarding new experts, participating in weekly reviews, and identifying quality issues to improve outcomes in a fast-evolving AI

Qualifications

Experience coordinating AI or data projects in STEM fields is preferred.
Ability to track deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to draft and refine project guidelines with research and product partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects, maintaining smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with program leads and domain experts to translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines and distribute them to expert teams.
Assist with onboarding and supporting new experts as the AI research program expands.
Participate in weekly business reviews, organize notes and action items, and lead calls as required.
Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and share findings across teams to improve project outcomes.
