Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks an experienced Human Capital Senior Business Analyst for the DHS FPS in Springfield, VA. This role supports strategic workforce initiatives and implements new programs and processes on client site part-time.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, conduct analyses, and help manage change across the organization. Proficiency with MS Office and data visualization tools is valued; DHS public trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, related discipline preferred; ten years leading strategic planning and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analyses and present to executives.
• Experience planning and managing change-oriented projects with milestones.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to assess alternative solutions to meet program needs and manage several projects.
• Proficient with MS Office; DHS public trust security clearance desirable.
• Master's degree and DHS experience in defense or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements and facilitate consensus-building in a team setting.
• Identify stakeholders and maintain engagement through communications and change management.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align mission objectives and support each effort with project management.
• Review requirements and develop plans to close gaps with leadership input.
• Support sessions and interviews to enhance communication and consensus.
• Develop content for events and facilitate strategic planning and work group meetings.
• Assist in implementing new processes, programs, and national coordination efforts.
• Contribute to communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
