Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, at the Springfield, VA headquarters. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
10 years of experience in strategic planning, analysis, operations support, and formal documentation.
Strong analytical skills to synthesize data for executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide executive decision support with data collection, analysis, and presentation to FPS leadership.
Drive executive alignment and change management across Director-sponsored programs.
Oversee strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with FPS strategy and objectives.
Develop performance insights and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
Draft briefing materials and coordinate enterprise events; document meeting outcomes.
