Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Human Capital Senior Business Analyst in Springfield, VA to support the FPS Human Capital Management Directorate with strategic workforce initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and analysis across programs.

The role requires part-time on client site, strong project management, change management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; DHS public trust clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Organizational Assessment, or Human Resources.
• 10+ years leading strategic planning, stakeholder communications, and formal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements, and support consensus-building.
• Engage stakeholders through communications and change-management efforts.
• Coordinate multiple objectives across action groups with project-management support.
• Review requirements and develop plans to close gaps.
• Facilitate sessions and interviews to improve communications.
• Develop content for and facilitate large meetings and strategic sessions.
• Support implementation of new processes and programs, including national coordination.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
