Job summary

Ramboll Americas is seeking a Senior HSEQ leader to provide senior on-site HSEQ governance across its EPC/EPCM project portfolio. You will establish consistent HSEQ standards, align contractors and project teams, and enable effective execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with substantial large-scale EPC/EPCM project exposure.
• Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage effectively with field teams, project leadership, clients, and contractors.
• Proven experience supporting construction management delivery models where HSEQ performance is delivered through contractor execution and strong client/contractor interface management.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSEQ approach with consistent standards and scalable processes across all EPC/EPCM projects.
• Serve as primary HSEQ advisor to Project Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll’s HSEQ program and translate expectations into practical project-level behaviours.
• Provide governance over risk management processes including hazard identification and high-risk work reviews.
• Establish standardized HSEQ execution plans across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
