Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to provide governance across EPC/EPCM portfolios, aligning projects, contractors, and teams to enable safe, compliant delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.

The role requires hands-on field experience on large-scale projects, strong contractor management, and the ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels while balancing strategic governance with practical execution across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of on-site HSEQ leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HSEQ leadership across Ramboll’s EPC/EPCM projects.
• Establish consistent HSEQ governance and risk-based execution.
• Lead contractor onboarding, training, audits, and reviews.
• Support high-risk work planning and field execution controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client expectations.
• Deliver governance over risk management processes.
