Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to provide governance across its EPC/EPCM project portfolio in the Americas. You will drive standardization, risk-based controls, and contractor alignment to enable safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.

The ideal candidate has extensive field experience in large-scale construction, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence at project and client levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations.
• Experience with multi-contractor industrial construction environments and client/contractor interface management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSEQ governance across EPC/EPCM projects.
• Align HSEQ expectations and performance across contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide governance over risk management, inspections, and high-risk work reviews.
• Support projects with field execution controls and contractor onboarding.
• Promote safety culture, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement.
