Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior HSEQ Leader to provide governance across Ramboll's EPC/EPCM project portfolio. You will establish consistent standards, align contractors and project teams, and enable effective execution of safety Management across complex engineering and construction activities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of on-site HSEQ leadership in large-scale projects, strong contractor management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSEQ approach for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Advise Project Directors on HSEQ governance and compliance.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll's HSEQ program at project level.
• Define scalable HSEQ structures for multi-project delivery nationwide.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and suppliers on safety requirements.
• Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and lessons learned.
