Job summary

Ramboll Americas is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to oversee the EPC/EPCM project portfolio, delivering strategic governance and practical safety leadership across multiple large-scale projects in the United States.

You will collaborate with Project Directors, clients, and contractors to enforce standards, drive risk-based controls, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across complex, multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership with large EPC/EPCM exposure.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSEQ strategy and governance across EPC/EPCM projects.
• Serve as primary HSEQ advisor to project leadership and manage contractor interfaces.
• Drive safety program adoption and translate expectations into practical practices.
• Provide governance over risk management, incident investigations, and site controls.
• Establish standardized HSEQ execution plans and performance reporting.
