Job summary

Enel North America Inc. is seeking an H&S Data & Compliance Manager/Analyst to analyze safety data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.

You will support risk assessments, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with global and local standards. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams across operations and maintenance to promote safe practices, monitor KPIs, and prepare monthly safety reports.

Qualifications

• BS in Safety, Environment or related work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, practices and computer skills.
• Strong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement.
• Ability to be on call or work off hours as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player with passion, drive and the ability to self-start.
• Ability to influence.
• Availability for local, domestic and international travel; up to 30%.
• Experience working within safety management systems/quality systems.
• Superior communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of injury, near-miss and inspection data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
• Categorize events and develop reporting highlighting risks and opportunities for safety initiatives.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and operations teams.
• Track the status of actionable recommendations and corrective actions to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Policy 106 for all event reports and provide support for all affected units.
• Complete and distribute the Monthly Health & Safety Report.
• Monitor and track KPIs related to safety events and inspection targets.
• Provide regular KPI status updates to business units and leadership.
• Communicate event and inspection objectives to HSEQ Operations & Maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with Fleet Management to monitor safe driving scorecards and improvements.
• Support development and execution of risk assessments across departments and projects.
• Review, update, and maintain all HSEQ documents to align with global standards and local requirements.
