ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to develop, implement, and monitor safety programs for the O&M team across multiple sites. You will drive safety culture with leadership, conduct incident reviews, track trends, and train staff under the HSE & IPOS Director.

The role supports the H&S Management System for ENGIE Energy Solutions North America. You will travel domestically up to 75%, lead serious investigations, and coordinate with contractors, auditors, and safety

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field with leadership and communication skills.
• Certified Safety Professional eligibility and OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Seven years of safety management experience, including three in energy/thermal generation.

• Develop and implement H&S programs across ENGIE North America’s O&M teams.
• Lead incident investigations and safety cultural assessments; report monthly H&S metrics.
• Provide training and guidance; support H&S database management and reporting to executives.
