Job summary

Future Pipe Group is seeking an accomplished HSE Director to lead the corporate HSE function and align safety strategies with company objectives. You will develop policies, roll out safety initiatives, and ensure rigorous risk and incident management across all business units.

The role requires deep HSE expertise, leadership to matrix teams, and a track record of delivering results in manufacturing settings. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health, Safety and Environment or Engineering or a related field (essential).
• Certification from a recognized HSE institution (CSP, NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate HSE strategy and its rollout across FPIs units.
• Develop and implement corporate HSE policies, processes, and standards.
• Establish HSE objectives, KPIs and maintain centralized reporting.
• Oversee risk, incident and emergency management standards.
• Coach and develop HSE competence across regional and site teams.
