Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Senior Director of HSE to serve as the enterprise HSE deputy to the SVP of HSE. You will lead HSE staff across global operations, translating strategy into field practice and KPI-aligned messaging.

You will report to the Executive Leadership Team and, when required, the Board, providing risk assessments and performance reporting. The role requires CSP certification, 12+ years in HSE with multi-facility leadership, and strong incident

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in an engineering or safety-related field from an accredited university.
• At least 12 years of progressive HSE experience in high-hazard settings with 5+ years leading HSE across multiple facilities.
• Current CSP certification.
• Direct experience with contractor or industrial services and customer-site safety impacts.
• Experience designing and auditing safety management systems and translating standards into controls.
• Proven leadership in safety culture, risk reduction, and incident investigation.
• Experience communicating HSE performance to CEO/board and regulatory bodies.
• Multi-country HSE leadership experience with known regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise HSE deputy to the Senior Vice President of HSE.
• Lead HSE staff functions across global operations and build leadership capability.
• Translate HSE strategy into field practices and KPI-aligned messaging.
• Provide clear risk assessments, recommendations, and performance reporting to execs/board.
• Represent TEAM in government and client engagements within delegated authority.
• Act as the enterprise HSE authority for serious incidents and crisis response.
• Own accuracy of HSE data used in internal, regulatory, and customer reporting.
