Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a skilled HSE Director to lead development and implementation of comprehensive safety management systems across projects, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. You will work closely with operations and executive management to align HSE functions and lead teams of safety professionals.

The role requires deep knowledge of regulations, incident investigations, and robust training programs, with travel to job sites and liaison with agencies to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related technical field.
• Proven record of establishing programs and delivering significant continuous performance improvements.
• Working understanding of regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.), with experience in HSE systems.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements safety policies and plans for construction operations.
• Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and environmental laws.
• Investigation of accidents and safety concerns with documented findings.
• Liaise with agencies (OSHA, USACE, Fire Marshal).
• Visits construction sites to coordinate inspections and ensure policies are followed.
• Oversees training programs, toolbox talks, and basic first aid/cpr procedures.
