Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Senior HSE Leader to develop and advance Company HSE standards and goals for large, complex projects. You will lead globally distributed HSE teams, guide auditing and incident investigation, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations and regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes strategic direction of HSE programs across TIC projects, effective liaison with clients and regulators, and ongoing professional development to maintain industry-leading practices.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with extensive experience (16–20 years).
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and manage complex HSE programs.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, auditing, training, incident investigation, and related software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of Fluor HSE standards and goals.
• Develop materials for HSE training and programs.
• Provide guidance for implementation of HSE functions across auditing, training, incident investigation, and policies.
• Lead teams of HSE professionals, including globally diverse teams on projects.
• Direct overall HSE strategy on large, complex TIC projects and assess contract impacts.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and regulators on audits and remedial actions.
