Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of HSE to serve as the enterprise deputy to the Senior Vice President of HSE.

You will lead HSE staff across global operations and translate strategy into field practices aligned with KPIs, reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and Board when required. The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 12+ years HSE experience including 5+ years across multiple facilities, and CSP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, environmental science or a related technical field from an accredited university.
• Current Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
• At least 12 years of progressive HSE experience in high-hazard industrial settings, including 5+ years leading HSE across multiple facilities/regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise HSE deputy to the Senior Vice President of HSE.
• Lead HSE staff functions across global operations and develop the leadership team.
• Translate HSE strategy into field practices aligned with HSE KPIs.
• Report to the Executive Leadership Team and Board with risk assessments and performance reporting.
• Represent TEAM in government and client engagements within delegated authority.
• Act as enterprise HSE authority for serious incidents, regulatory inspections and crisis response.
• Own the accuracy of HSE data used in internal, regulatory and customer reporting.
