Job summary

143 Future Infrastructure, LLC is seeking an HSE Manager to develop and maintain safety policies across the region. You will lead incident investigations, audits, training, and emergency preparedness, ensuring OSHA compliance and strong safety culture.

The candidate should have 5+ years of managerial safety experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and certifications such as ASP, CSP, or OHST. Utilities and industrial environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a safety-related role.
• OSHA 511 preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred.
• Experience in utilities, data center, or industrial environments strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910).
• Professional certifications (ASP, CSP, OHST) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and at-risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Lead safety training programs for employees, supervisors, and management.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, including fire protection and drills.
• Collaborate with teams to identify hazards and implement controls.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee PPE programs and promote a proactive safety culture.
