Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a safety professional to perform comprehensive safety duties within moderately complex engineering assignments and help manage the HSE program under supervision. This role focuses on industrial hygiene, risk management, and safety program execution across projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, holds a B.S.

or M.S. in Public Health and Safety or IH, and demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant industrial safety, risk management and/or industrial hygiene experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Public Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field from an accredited university is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to generate HSE consulting opportunities.
• Provide or assist with industrial hygiene and safety consulting activities.
• Maintain online databases and client prequalification packages.
• Coordinate safety performance evaluations and safety program activities.
• Manage drug screening and driving violation tracking programs.
• Lead safety meetings and site orientation programs; deliver training.
• Assist with proposal development and safety team travel.
• Develop and deliver training presentations on Loss prevention topics.
