Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives on our projects. This role offers a pathway from entry-level to senior responsibilities, with BI-lingual capability and MSHA Trainer credentials as advantageous.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with a preference for a bachelor’s degree, minimum one year of safety experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of full-time project safety experience.
• Proficient communication; bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conducts site-specific safety orientations.
• Creates/updates/maintains Project Environmental Management Plan and Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitates Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual.
• Manages emergencies, incidents, and workers' compensation claims.
• Reviews and files project safety documentation.
