Sundt Construction is seeking a Project HSE Manager to join a worker-owned culture focused on safety. The role progresses through three steps (I, II, Sr.) with increasing responsibility, including leading safety programs, coordinating environmental and safety plans, and managing incidents on diverse projects.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of safety experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Certifications and licenses preferred but not required: STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP.
• Education: high school diploma minimum; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: at least one year of full-time project safety experience.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office; bi-lingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conducts site-specific safety orientations.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitates the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manages emergencies, incidents, and worker's compensation claims.
• Reviews and files project safety documentation.
