Job summary

Sundt Construction, based in the United States, seeks a Project HSE Manager to join a project team focused on the health and well-being of all colleagues. This role supports Sundt HS&E programs and follows a three-step progression (I, II, Sr.).

You will conduct safety walks, lead site orientations, develop the Environmental and Safety Management Plans, manage incidents, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement on the project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of full-time safety experience.
• Certifications like STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP are preferred.
• Solid written and verbal communication.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office; familiarity with safety software is a plus.
• Bi-lingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent safety walks and inspections on the project site.
• Lead site-specific safety orientations and training.
• Develop and maintain the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Develop and maintain the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Support Sundt Safety Management Systems on the project.
• Manage emergencies, incidents, and workers' compensation claims.
• Maintain project safety documentation.
