Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation seeks a senior HSE leader to oversee safety governance across a nationwide EPC/EPCM project portfolio. You will drive standardized HSE practices, align contractors and teams, and support high-risk work planning while guiding project leadership to safer execution.

The role requires hands-on field experience, stakeholder influence, and the ability to work across multiple projects with a focus on safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSE leadership experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
• Experience driving HSE governance across multi-contractor delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSE strategy enabling standardization across EPC/EPCM projects.
• Serve as primary HSE advisor to project directors and leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll's HSE program with practical project-level actions.
• Provide governance and assurance for risk management, incident investigations, and site controls.
