Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a Sr HSE Manager to lead safety across complex operational environments. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk reduction across multiple sites and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field and 7–10 years of SHE leadership.
• Experience in multi-site or regional management across industries such as manufacturing or utilities.
• Strong record of safety training, audits, root-cause analyses, hazard control, and compliance.
• Certified CSP/CHST/OHST, OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR; PSM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and execution across operations, ensuring programs meet regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior safety professionals and deliver targeted training.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, project teams and leadership to embed safety in projects.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor safety KPIs and drive continuous improvements across sites.
