Qualifications

• 4-year degree and 8 years related experience with ASP certification, or 11 years relevant experience with SMS.
• 80% of working time on active construction sites.

Responsabilités

• Monitors progress and performance of multiple teams and safety programs.
• Plans and assigns work for team members.
• Identifies, teaches, and develops future leaders and wider safety members.
• Coaches HSE professionals to build capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and address performance issues.
• Aligns corporate safety strategy with field execution across construction and operational sites.
• Develops site-specific safety plans and training programs.
• Facilitates communication between EHS leadership, field teams, and frontline stakeholders.
• Provides proactive safety insights to senior leadership on risks.
