Job summary

Worley Group, Inc Senior HSE Manager is sought for a field-based project at an active industrial construction site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. You will lead Health, Safety and Environmental activities across major EPC projects and act as the primary advisor to project leadership on HSE matters.

This role requires 15+ years of HSE experience in EPC/construction, strong field leadership, and a proven ability to influence safe work practices, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive HSE experience in EPC/construction.
• Experience leading field-based HSE programs on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for project construction execution.
• Develop and maintain project HSE plans, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Provide primary HSE advisory support to Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Drive a proactive safety culture with hazard recognition and risk reduction.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Coach field supervision and contractor leadership on safe work practices.
• Monitor HSE performance through inspections, audits, and engagement activities.
