Job summary

Worley in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental activities on a major EPC construction site. The role requires a strong field presence and collaboration with Construction Managers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safe execution.

You will champion proactive safety culture, drive HSE programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements across all phases of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 15+ years HSE experience on EPC/industrial projects.
• Experience leading field-based HSE programs on major EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site Health, Safety, and Environmental activities to support project construction execution.
• Develop and maintain project-specific HSE plans and programs.
• Coach field supervision and contractor leadership on safe work practices.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Promote environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance on site.
