Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead field-based safety and environmental programs on major EPC construction projects. You will partner with Construction Managers, Superintendents, and contractors to ensure safe execution and regulatory compliance in a challenging industrial setting.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of HSE experience on EPC/industrial construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead field-based HSE programs, manage diverse teams, and influence safety culture.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site HSE activities to support project construction execution.
• Develop and maintain project-specific HSE plans, programs, and performance expectations.
• Serve as primary HSE advisor to project leadership and contractors.
• Drive a proactive safety culture with hazard recognition and risk reduction.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Coach field supervision and contractor leadership on safe work practices.
• Monitor HSE performance via inspections, audits, and metrics.
