Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, environmental science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience on capital projects or construction.
• Experience supporting contractor safety programs and PTW systems.
• Proficient in OSHA regulations, risk management, and safe work permits.
• Ability to translate regulations into field procedures and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support GFD’s CSMP and manage contractor safety relationships.
• Serve as SME for HSE documents, standards, and field guidance.
• Coach project teams on CSMP compliance and safety orientations.
• Lead field inspections and RSAs, and participate in RCAs when needed.
