Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced HSE professional to support major capital projects in Lehigh Valley, PA, transitioning to site manufacturing post-construction. The role focuses on CSMP compliance, contractor oversight, and field safety execution across regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE experience in construction environments.
• Experience with 29 CFR 1926 governing construction.
• Direct experience supporting contractor safety management programs and PTW systems.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safe work permitting requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical field procedures.
• Experience supporting contractor lifecycle processes (prequalification, onboarding, field oversight).

Responsibilities

• Support the management of GFD’s Contractor Safety Management Program (CSMP).
• Coach project teams in complying with CSMP and safety standards.
• Lead training for GFD personnel on CSMP and safety processes.
• Perform field inspections and permit reviews for regulatory and corporate standards.
• Develop analytics and report leading/lagging safety indicators.
• Interface with Global HSE and GFD SMEs to align with corporate priorities.
