The role focuses on regulatory compliance, incident investigations, risk assessments, and training to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental management.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and HSSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE management systems across sites.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training for all levels of staff.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance strategies.
• Collaborate with facilities, vendors, and contractors to maintain HSSE standards.
• Prepare reports and dashboards tracking HSSE performance.
• Act as incident command during emergencies and coordinate responses.
