Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience with New Logo sales (Hunter) and consistently meeting quotas.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and competitors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals aligned with customers’ needs.
• Maintain working knowledge of products and capabilities and incorporate technical advances in presentations.
