Job summary

Tucson Electric Power is seeking an HRIS/Workday Analyst to partner with the HRIS team and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. You will help maintain documentation and ensure compliance across HR processes.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing configurations, developing test plans, and providing Level 2 HRIS support. Collaboration with clients, vendors, and HR peers is essential to deliver reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday/HRIS and HR operations.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers requirements and translates them into scalable Workday/HRIS designs.
• Develops test plans, conducts unit and regression testing for Workday changes.
• Provides Level 2 HRIS support and coordinates with vendors and clients.
