Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior HRIS Specialist (Contract) to support North America HRIS initiatives, including Wichita, KS.

You will drive Workday HCM capabilities (Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time, Payroll) and lead the transition to new HRIS technologies while ensuring system compliance and data security. You will partner with HR, IT, and Legal teams, act as SME with vendors, manage HRIS projects, and deliver analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or HR
• 15 years of relevant work experience
• 10+ years experience with HRIS implementations (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time, Payroll)
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce
• Extensive full HCM lifecycle experience (shared services, data, payroll, absence, time, benefits)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain HRIS systems: administration, development, maintenance, and upgrades
• Lead transformation of HRIS roadmap onto Workday and ServiceNow and other HRIS technologies
• Analyze complex business processes and design system solutions
• Design, configure, and test HR processes; identify opportunities for enhancements
• Provide reporting and analytics for audits and regulatory compliance
• Serve as SME with vendors and partner with HR/IT/Legal to ensure compliance
• Manage Workday releases, train end users, and drive system optimization
• Collaborate with SMEs and tech teams to evaluate alternatives and support end users
