My Wireless - AT&T/Liberty is seeking an HRIS Data Entry Specialist to support employee lifecycle transactions through our HR ticketing system. You will manage ticket-based requests, validate updates, and ensure accurate records in our HRIS, including separations and status changes

The role is in-person and requires Puerto Rico local presence (San Juan area). Expect 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with close attention to confidentiality across a multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HRIS, HR administration, or data management.
• Ticketer experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS ticketing and data entry for employee lifecycle transactions.
• Process separations, including validation and deactivation across systems.
• Handle employee status changes (promotions, demotions, transfers) and update accounts.
• Coordinate with market leadership to ensure timely processing of tickets.

About the RoleSeeking a detail-oriented HRIS Data Entry Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role provides day-to-day operational support for employee lifecycle transactions through the HR ticketing system. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely employee data management across separations, status changes, store transfers, and HRIS records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information while maintaining compliance in a multi-state environment.Position is In-Person, not remote. Candidates must be local to Puerto Rico (San Juan area)Hours : Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm PR local timeIn this role, you will manage ticketed HR requests for personnel status changes, ensuring that all updates are properly validated, documented, and processed in our HRIS system.Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS Ticket Management & Data EntryProcess HR tickets related to employee separations, including validation, deactivation across systems, and assignment of offboarding checklists.Ensure compliance with state final pay obligations.Handle tickets for employee status changes (promotions, demotions, market transfers, full-time/part-time changes) by validating requests, preparing offer letters, and updating employee accounts.Manage store transfer tickets, ensuring documentation, offer letters, checklists, and account updates are completed accurately.Coordinate with market leadership to ensure timely and accurate processing of tickets.Maintain and update the monthly store management list and determine commission eligibility.Employee Records & Compliance SupportMaintain accurate employee records and documentation within HRIS.Collaborate with Payroll to resolve data discrepancies or system issues.Previous experience in HRIS, HR administration, or data management.
