The Holt Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking an HRIS Associate to maintain the Workforce Management module within our HRIS. This role supports employee inquiries and assists with HRIS-related projects to improve data management and workflow.

You'll monitor integrations between systems, add divisions and organizational levels, and collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate data flow. The position requires attention to confidentiality and data integrity.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and data management processes is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HRIS Workforce Management module and provide user support.
• Enter, update, and audit employee information to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with HRIS upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits to ensure correct data flow between systems.
