Polaris Inc. is seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to join the Workday team.

This role serves as a subject matter expert for Workday Analysts, helping resolve new and complex issues, support HR Business Partners and managers with daily system needs, and partner with the Director of HR Technology on roadmap, governance, enhancement tracking, and project management. This role will consult with stakeholders on Workday design, maintenance across key modules, and oversee biannual Workday releases and

Competenze

• 5–7 years of Workday HRIS experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Workday Pro Certification in Core HCM, Recruiting, and/or Compensation.

Mansioni

• Administer Workday across modules and lead roadmap items.
• Manage biannual releases, coordinate testing and training.
• Oversee annual configurations for compensation, performance, and open enrollment.
• Provide global Workday reporting and maintain dashboards for business groups.
