Job summary

Tucson Electric Power seeks a Supervisor, Benefits to lead the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans and retirement programs. You will guide the Benefits team to deliver exceptional service to employees, retirees, and leaders while partnering with HR leadership on strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of benefits administration experience with health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, IRS, and DOL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, compliance, communication, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs.
• Oversee benefits plan design, strategy, and vendor relationships, including brokers and consultants.
• Manage Open Enrollment, system implementations, and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with HR leadership and Labor Relations on programs affecting unions and retirees.
• Provide data analytics, dashboards, and reporting to drive decisions and improvements.
