Job summary

Tucson Electric Power Company is seeking a seasoned Supervisor, Benefits to lead administration, compliance, and ongoing improvement of employee health and welfare programs, retirement plans, and related trust activities. You will partner with HR leadership to drive strategic benefit initiatives and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration, retirement plans, leave administration, or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor team members in an operational environment.
• Experience leading or contributing to benefits projects, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting benefits data, dashboards, or metrics.
• Proficiency with enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday).
