Mercer Advisors in the United States is seeking a Sr. People Operations Analyst to own HRIS, oversee UKG Pro, and deliver reliable workforce insights through governance, reporting, and integrations.

You will manage system implementations, audits, and data integrity while partnering with People Team, IT, Finance, Compliance, BI, and business leaders to enable scalable HR technology and decision-making. You will lead projects, support security standards, and mentor teammates on HR processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
• 4–6 years of progressive HRIS or People Operations experience with advanced report writing and analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with UKG required; UKG Pro and Cognos BI experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own HRIS ownership, configurations, upgrades, security roles, and integrations.
• Lead HR technology optimization across modules (performance, talent acquisition, compensation, learning).
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for the People Team and leadership.
• Serve as data steward, enforce data definitions and governance.
• Mentor teammates on system use, reporting practices, and data standards.
