Job summary

Mercer Advisors Inc. is seeking an HR technology leader to own configuration, integrations, security, and release management for HR systems, with a focus on UKG Pro.

You will design and maintain dashboards for leadership and regulatory needs while enforcing data governance and SLAs for reporting. You will lead EEO-1 and state reporting, support audits, assess change impact, and mentor teammates on HR technology.
