Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters in Philadelphia seeks a Senior HRIS & Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity across ADP and Workday. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Finance to reconcile, validate, and report on payroll data, while supporting system interfaces and compliance across jurisdictions.

The role requires 5+ years of payroll/HRIS experience, US payroll knowledge, and excellence in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or education/experience equivalency)
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including exposure to multi-country payroll administration preferred
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll in Canada, Mexico, and other international countries strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel required
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to foster a respectful, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
• Advanced knowledge of HR Information Systems, specifically ADP, ETime, and Workday

Responsibilities

• <b>Payroll Processing & Validation (ADP)</b> – Support end-to-end payroll processing in ADP, including reviewing payroll inputs, employee changes, earnings, deductions, taxes, direct deposits, and other payroll transactions.
• <b>Workday & ADP Data Integrity</b> – Maintain and monitor employee and payroll-related data across Workday and ADP.
• <b>Payroll Reconciliation & Auditing</b> – Perform detailed payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, control reviews, and payroll audits.
• <b>System Interfaces & Integration Monitoring & Testing</b> – Monitor data feeds between Workday, ADP, and related systems.
• <b>Payroll & HRIS Reporting and Analytics</b> – Develop, run, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports.
• <b>Payroll Tax Compliance & Notice Resolution</b> – Monitor federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements to support filings and payments.
• <b>Issue Resolution & Functional Support</b> – Serve as a senior resource for complex payroll and HRIS questions.
