Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters is seeking a Senior HRIS & Payroll Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. You will oversee end-to-end payroll in ADP and manage HR data across Workday and ADP, ensuring accurate processing and compliant reporting.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Finance to maintain data integrity, perform reconciliations, and support system interfaces and testing. Strong Excel skills and multi-country payroll experience are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with multi-country exposure.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS and system integrations (ADP/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing in ADP, including inputs, changes, deductions, taxes, and deposits.
• Maintain and audit data across Workday and ADP; coordinate corrections.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis; assist with audits.
• Monitor interfaces between Workday and ADP; investigate errors and coordinate fixes.
• Develop and validate payroll/HRIS reports for compliance and decision-making.
• Monitor payroll tax requirements and resolve notices with authorities as needed.
• Support payroll compliance and internal controls with documentation and audits.
• Serve as a senior resource for complex payroll/HRIS questions and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate payroll processes and update SOPs.
