Qualifications

• 3-5 years HRIS/Payroll technology experience, preferably in ADP Workforce Management.
• Proven project management experience in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitoring to ensure outcome.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with high proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintains and administers HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and systems integrity.
• Configures system settings, workflows, security roles, and business processes
• Troubleshoots system issues
• Provides end-user support and training for supervisors and managers
• Generates and analyzes HR metrics and completes reporting for compliance, audits, and other mandatory reporting
• Partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT and other business leaders on system enhancements, process improvements, and resolving system and payroll issues
• Manages and completes all off-cycle payrolls and is a backup for payroll processor
• Develops and maintains payroll and HRIS procedures, documentation, and training materials
• Other duties as assigned
