Triangle Fastener Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a proactive Payroll & HRIS Analyst to lead biweekly payroll, manage ADP Workforce Now, and serve as the SME for payroll data and reporting. The role supports HRIS data integrity, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping compliance across multi-state operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll, experience with ADP Workforce Now, and strong knowledge of state payroll laws, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience, multi-state.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of state and local payroll laws and withholding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take control of biweekly payroll and commission entries.
• Serve as SME for ADP Workforce Now HRIS and data maintenance.
• Provide remote assistance to on-site supervisors for timecard processing.
• Process and reconcile 401K contributions for employees and employers.
• Ensure compliance with state/local payroll laws and data retention regulations.
• Support benefits enrollment and administration in HR systems.
• Resolve payroll issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll reports.
