Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters US Corporation is seeking a Senior HRIS & Payroll Analyst in Philadelphia to support accurate payroll processing across ADP and Workday. You will ensure data integrity, run reconciliations, and partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Finance to reflect changes accurately in both systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-country exposure and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations; Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, and ETime.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate end-to-end payroll in ADP; review inputs and changes.
• Maintain data integrity across Workday and ADP; audit and reconcile.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and audits.
• Monitor interfaces between Workday and ADP; troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports from Workday and ADP; provide analytics.
• Assist with tax compliance and notices; ensure filings.
• Support internal controls and audits; document procedures.
• Provide functional payroll/HRIS support and issue resolution.
• Document improvements and SOPs.
