Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a seasoned HRIS professional to serve as the subject matter expert for our HRIS ecosystem, including Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll.

You will lead configuration, reporting, and optimization of HR processes across the organization, partnering with IT and business teams to deliver innovative HR technology solutions. The role requires extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, HRIS, and data analytics, plus strong communication and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or IT or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in HR or IT role; 5+ years with Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration and leadership for HRIS, Payroll & Payroll Tax.
• Lead projects to assess automation feasibility for business Owners.
• Guide day-to-day service and support for HR technology clients and integrations.
• Extract and compile information using reports or custom reporting tools.
• Coordinate functional integration testing across applications and services.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team infrastructure.
