Job summary

Constellation is seeking an experienced HRIS specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for our HRIS and HR applications. You will lead configuration, reporting, and optimization of Payroll & Payroll Tax processes, partnering with business owners to drive automation and improve data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong communication skills, SDLC understanding, and a track record of delivering HR tech projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of experience in HR/IT related role.
• Minimum 5 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent HR system.
• Experience with HRIS configuration and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration and functional leadership for HRIS (Payroll & Payroll Tax).
• Lead projects evaluating process automation feasibility and benefits.
• Coordinate functional testing and support for HR technologies and integrations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team infrastructure.
