• At least 5 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration and functional leadership for HRIS, Payroll, and Payroll Tax.
• Lead projects to evaluate process automation feasibility.
• Guide day-to-day service and support for HR Tech clients, including meetings, issue tracking, and enhancements.
• Extract and compile HR data using existing reports or custom queries.
• Coordinate functional integration testing of all integration points between applications, components, and services.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team infrastructure.
